Funny but it works when you want to draw interest into something. We all have heard of Who, What, & Where. We all understand that there are points to a question, when being asked. Something so simple as Who, What, & Where do have a big meaning and should defenitly be analyzed when a new talent begins to emerge. So, I decided to break it down a bit for you.The WHO Factor:How many remember the group "The Who?" Majority right now are thinking WHAT??? Well,"The Who" are an English rock band that formed in 1964. Something so simple as the name The Who will defenitly draw in interest when people say WHO?Solution: Your STAGE NAME should must be catchy enough to get people to say WHO?~ Your Stage Name should represent a niche in the music industry to brand WHO you are?

WHAT makes you different from all the rest of the crowd of artists participating on Social Media via Twitter, Myspace, Facebook, etc.? Ask yourself these questions. Define WHO you are as an artist!!
Solution: Its the message, your delivery, and the performance that defines you as an artist to stand out amongst the competitve Hobbiest of talent that are so desperatly determined to make it in the entertainment business for the wrong reason. Yes, you can make music for the "love of it," but as we all know that love can really break some hearts. You know WHAT causes people to say "WHAT?" - Read the Examples: WHAT, YOU DIDN'T HEAR that new record by ______________ (Hopefully YOUR Name)??? - WHAT YOU MISSED THAT PERFORMANCE??? or WHAT's UP lets GO see ___________________ (Hopefully YOUR Name). Your what factor as an artist should cause people to say WHAT, and turn them into FANS!

The WHERE Factor:WHERE do you see yourself going along with the music you that you create? WHERE will your demographic of people be, that will listen to your style of music (niche/brand)? WHERE will your Music/Brand be On-Demand at? How will you benefit from WHERE fans will find out about you and WHAT will you do to inform them and advise them WHERE to go?? Write down theses questions & answer them. Are they REALISTIC or NOT? Now execute your plan.Solution: Entertainment has moved to On-Demand and Analytics.
Today's music business is relatively about the easy access of what they call "on-demand." WHERE people can hear, purchase, and see you instaniously by fans that think of you *(WHO) at that very moment thru a touch of a button ...either thru your Television, Computer, or Mobile Phones.
